Rarely write reviews as I rarely experience exceptional customer service. Ryan Pickett, part of Jason’s team has gone above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service for years now. Knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy is what I’ve observed. And, he went one huge step further when he called me in the immediate aftermath of the recent tornado. He took action to help me submit a claim when her learned the residence was directly hit. And, he keeps checking in. He truly is the epitome of State Farm’s claim, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” I found out after a natural disaster just how important it is to have Ryan there!
